Towing At No Charge

Had a breakdown? Had an accident? What a hassle. But not with Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group. We'll get you on the road as soon as possible.

If your car is still under new car factory warranty, call Roadside Assistance (see numbers below) for an unlimited mileage tow.

If your car is not under warranty, just call our Auto Group at (610) 269-9500. If your vehicle is towed and serviced here, we will give you up to a $50 credit. (A 10 mile towing limit applies to vehicles not under warranty. If your tow is more than 10 miles, please expect a credit for ten miles worth of towing on your repair order.)

Collision Checklist

As a service to you, Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group has provided the following Vehicle Collision Checklist. Use this checklist in the event of a vehicle collision. The information listed below will be helpful to you, your insurance company, and your attorney, should you need to secure one.

1. Turn your engine off.
2. Call 911.
3. If you are able, attempt to warn motorists of danger using flags, lights, flares, a white cloth affixed to antennas, ext. Raise hoods, trunk lids, and activate emergency flashers if possible.
4. Identify yourself to the police and persons involved, provide information from your Driver's License, insurance papers, and registration information.
5. Identify and record information on drivers and passengers in other vehicle(s) and their vehicles, including make, model, year, license number, paint color, ect.
6. Do not make any statements other than what is required by law enforcement officers. Do not accept any blame or fault, and do not accuse anyone else of blame or fault.
7. Get names, addresses and phone numbers of any witnesses to the accident. Do not leave the scene of any accident until the police authorize you to leave.
8. Get the name and badge number of Police Officer in charge and record item/report/incident number for future reference.
9. Have your vehicle towed to Jeff D'Ambrosio Collision Center: call (610) 251-0900 after hours (610) 416-8368. We'll also help you with your insurance report.
