"Returning customer. Last Saturday (2/2/19) I turned in my leased 2016 RAM 1500, which I also got from here, and leased a new 2019 RAM 1500. The process was smooth. The pricing on their website is straight forward and honest where as some dealers advertise the price with all of the incentives deducted, many of which most don't qualify for, as the final price. The salesman I dealt with over the course of 2 months, was Jason, who followed up with any questions, kept in contact regarding the new incentives as the new months started and they changed. No high pressure sales tactics. The sales and finance people were also friendly and conversational. They were very fair and transparent with the pricing and helped me get the truck that I wanted in the price range that I wanted. The only thing negative thing I could say was that it took longer than expected to finalize the paperwork, but it wasn't really a big deal."
The new truck is amazing, and the interior has so much room. They managed to get rid of the hump in the back row and the center console is fantastic, with cup holders in positions that actually make sense. That Delmonico Red really looks great with the chrome features. Now I just need to get some running boards put on.
